Walking on a loose lead



Yesterday the farmer was in the field fixing the fence so the cows could come back again - which means we are back to road walking! This morning we took Skye and Amber down the road even though the cows aren't in the field yet, as the electric fence is on. The road where we live can get busy, and a few cars did pass us, Skye wasn't reactive, she hardly flinched even though they drove past quite fast.At first she was pulling very hard on her lead, and it was quite a struggle to hold on to her as she is very strong now.

 However, within ten minutes she had settled down and walked along happily by my side.
