First Coffee Shop Visit

An important thing for Skye to learn is good manners in a coffee shop/restaurant so that she will be able to accompany a child and their family if they wish to eat out. So a few days ago we took her to a local coffee shop to begin some training.

We chose to go at a quiet time so that there was minimal distractions and she could concentrate on doing what we asked. When she settled down nicely she got rewarded with a treat. Also when she ignored the crumbs on the ground she got a treat. She was so good.

Afterwards we took  her to a play park for a walk and she got a treat when she behaved well around the swings and children playing.
