Yesterday we went to Puppy Class. Skye had a great time running around and playing with all her dog friends. I forgot to bring her jacket, but I still did training with her as when she was with the other dogs, or chasing after the ball I called her, asked her to sit, rewarded her with a treat and then told her her release command "go play". She returned to me straight away when I called her (I think she knew I had some treats she liked! - I make some cheesy flapjacks for the dogs that I took to puppy class and all of the dogs there seemed to enjoy them!)
This evening we had really bad rain, it fell really heavily. Skye ran outside and had a great time, she loved having all the water to splash in and the puddles were HUGE!! She's your typical retriever; loves water and fetching anything you throw! She got sodden but had a whale of a time, and me and my brothers and sisters and Amber all went outside too, and everybody had fun and got really wet - that made it even more fun though!
